Setting Out Engineer ?

A Setting Out Engineer is a person who sets out points or marks sites using a survey tool, also know as EDM or Total Station.

The Setting Out Engineer will provide information on where construction begins on a site and will also check ground levels and excavation levels. We teach you the whole shabang, along with a job.

How much does a Setting Out Engineer get paid?

Our courses are held for 3 consecutive weeks, at the end of each day you will be tested on what you had learnt the previous week this will add towards your end test, once passed you will receive a Certificate of Competence in Setting Out Engineer and Certificate in understanding of Autocad.

If you fail any test you will have the option to retake the test in the area that you have failed in. We aim to help you achieve 100% pass rate, but you must be committed and study hard. Please note due to course demands you will be required to book in advance, all deposit is non-refundable so please make sure you are free for the complete duration of the course, alternative date can be arranged if situations arise.
